As the Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Planning : Conduct market research, collaborate with teams, and define target market positioning and value proposition for new and existing products. New Product Development : Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Product Optimization : Analyze product performance, gather customer insights, and implement strategies to enhance product quality and satisfaction. Project Management and Execution : Develop project plans, oversee packaging compliance, and work with suppliers for sourcing high-quality materials. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pet food industry or consumer packaged goods. Strong knowledge of new product development processes, market research, and product optimization strategies. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite product management software and other marketing tools.
