Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Analyze, align, and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests with both business and regional product teams in the Philippines to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD).- Manage projects consisting of multiple Feature Requests and Change Requests- Understand cross region and department communication and collaboration- Understand the overall goals and missions of the team and the company, and be able to implement the entire team and lead everyone forwards- Manage status and performance of team members- Create an atmosphere of continual improvement in the team through learning and development and coaches.- Initiate and implement the improvement plan with solution, suggestion, and feature request**Requirements**:- Possesses Bachelor's degree with good academic record- Minimum 5 years of working experience product management, or similar background- Experience in front-end and back-end planning of interactive platforms is preferred, experience in start-up companies is preferred.- Possess communication and coordination, logical thinking and front-end product design capabilities, and analytical skills are preferred- Strong execution, able to coordinate and promote different departments to work together to achieve goals- Intermediate knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred
