Your role: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Procurement Team. This entry-level position provides an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in finance and gain valuable experience in Procurement Processes.
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining the vendor master database, including vendor setup, updates, and maintenance of vendor records. Review and reconcile expense reports, ensuring adherence to company travel and expense policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to accounts payable and expense processing. Assist in month-end close activities, including preparation of accruals and reconciliations. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the finance department. Attend to inquiries from internal stakeholders via Outlook, ticketing tool, or telephony, providing timely and professional responses. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in accounting and finance Prior internship or work experience in a finance-related role is a plus, but not required What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
