Purchasing (Materials Management) - Tagum

**Key Function and Responsibilities**:- Manages inventory processes from storing to transporting.- Provides and manages the logistics for the movement of the inventories and records this accordingly.- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in logistics and warehouse operations.- Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.- Good organizational and time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willing to report on-site in Tagum**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- SAP Materials Management: 1 year (preferred)
