The Impact: As a leader of the new Processes, Analysis, and Projects team under Fulfillment Operations at Commodity Insights, your role is crucial in spearheading initiatives related to metrics, reports, analyses, projects and process improvements. Be exposed and develop a global mindset through close collaboration with teams across the globe. Responsibilities: Lead the Processes, Analysis, and Projects team within Fulfillment Operations, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment. Spearhead the design and development of metrics, reports, and analyses that provide valuable insights to drive key business decisions within the Fulfillment team. Take charge of reviewing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation for workflows within the Fulfillment team including SOPs and guidelines for various tasks. Develop training programs and conduct sessions for team members, ensuring they are well-versed in workflows and processes. Promote continuous learning and development within the team by driving the implementation of process improvement initiatives using LEAN and/or Design Thinking methodologies based on workflow assessments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a stakeholder in various projects, providing leadership insights and ensuring that the team is aligned with project goals. Oversee the team's efforts in providing regular performance reporting and analysis for individuals and teams for monthly/quarterly meetings, presenting key metrics, trends, and performance indicators. Lead efforts to identify performance trends, highlight opportunities, and assess potential risks within Fulfillment operations. Summarize findings for strategic decision-making. Foster collaboration with business teams and leaders to enhance operating efficiencies based on the insights derived from reporting and analysis. Manage and coordinate projects within the Fulfillment Operations, ensuring that the team's objectives align with broader business goals. Drive initiatives for process improvements based on workflow assessments, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a key liaison between the team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives. Ensure that all metrics, reports, analyses, and processes adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks as necessary, displaying adaptability and versatility in leadership. Transform data into visually compelling infographics and presentations that facilitate effective communication of insights to senior executives. What We're Looking For:? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, statistics, or related education and experience. 2 –4 years of related work experience or related degree Experience in a leadership role is a must Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization is a plus Skills:? Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports Ability to create multimedia presentations such as power point, visio when presenting data analysis and process improvements High proficiency and experience in excel, power BI and other reporting tools?
