Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
? Understand and analyze all business processes and policies by reading resource materials and by coordinating with the concerned groups involved in the different business processes
? Write process documents that are clear, simple and easy to understand
? Ensure that the documents are accurate and complete. Ask for feedback to make them even better.
? Create materials that will help new employees learn the ropes. Work with trainers to make sure everyone gets the right info.
? Keep track of changes in the documents and let the necessary groups know when things get updated.
? Be ready to change things when processes or tools change. Use new tools to make the writing process better.
? Identify risks which may have impact to operational activities, cost, business direction, etc. which are driven by policies and procedures
? Recommends and documents risks and controls driven by changes in policies and procedures
? Analyze and evaluate business process improvement opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Process and Policies Creation and Documentation
? Planning and Organizational Skills

? Process: PPMs should be clear, accurate with comprehensive
documentation of process flows and work instruction;
Deliver & Implement Process Improvements
? Customer: Timely completion and accuracy of PPMs released

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
