PROCESS ENGINEER Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience as Process Engineer in manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of motorcycle parts and assembly processesExcellent analytical and math skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to persuade others to change existing practicesProven ability to identify, assess and solve problemsProficient with computer and information technologyKnowledge of process engineering software systemsFamiliarity with applicable health and safety regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFresh graduates are welcome to apply- Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflowsOptimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new proceduresAssembles reports to document process status and changesTracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgradesCommunicates findings and proposals to upper managementUtilizes process simulation software to rest and find the most appropriate production strategiesProvides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changesConducts risk assessmentsAssesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standardsContributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
