Process Engineer

Job Description:
The Process Engineer will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project based activities, including evaluating and streamlining processes to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. The role would include generating production documentation such as assembly instructions, reducing variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions, and identifying manufacturing needs for new products in development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course; With leadership qualities; Experience in handling people; Knowledge in ISO and SAP are an advantage; Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is a plus; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible; Team player with good interpersonal skills; Willing to work in Meycauyan, Bulacan.
