In your new role you will: Definition, development, set-up and continuous improvement of the Statistical Process Control (SPC) process and Design of experiment (DoE) driving harmonization to support process community to set direction for new mindset and drive change key enabler is a strong and efficient stakeholder management Responsible for the sustaining SPC process, DoE and their respective tools manage impact of internal and external influence regular steering meetings with all relevant stakeholder across organisations Reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI Build up cross-functional team- and project set ups Lead focus teams (up to 5 people) to drive continuous process improvements for SPC and DoE Technical/thought leadership in implementing necessary measures Performance of regular process performance reviews Support audits within IFX organization (customer audit and IATF) Training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts, potential sub-process owners and process leaders defining training curriculum for SPC and DoE provide training material for SPC and DoE Personal Management: Respect and manage intercultural differences Foster trust between DIV, OP, and regions through open and transparent communication identify and built-up required competency level You are best equipped for this task if you have: Technical degree (Electrical Engineering or similar) Excellent knowledge in Statistical methods Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams Excellent knowledge of IFX to contribute to IFX quality and strategy Excellent knowledge of Infineon's development and production processes, KPIs and internal & external standards Developing, structuring and leading the intercultural team with clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces (relevant contributors from FE, BE and all DIVs) Intercultural skills (EU / Asia / US) Experience in project management Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
