SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop cross-product functional and technicaldesigns as well as unit test scripts for features of any complexity

•Build code and unit test highly complex programunits

•Handle source code and release management issues

•Debug, fix and unit test product defects of anycomplexity and handle customer escalations

•Manage technical aspects of complex technicalissues

•Perform design and code reviews, and participatein reviews of other development document deliverables

•Demonstrate complex business flows to QualityAssurance engineers, product analysts and technical writers

•Contribute to the definition of the teamprocesses and standards

•Coordinate the work of a team of engineers inthe delivery of complex projects

•Contribute to the definition of technicalproduct architecture

•Provide guidance and direction to junior staff

RELEVANTEXPERIENCE and TRAINING

1.PossessB.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field

2.Possess8 or more years’ work experience in software engineering with advanced level inat least one programming language (C/C++, Java)

3.Possessat least one commercial relational database and middleware technologiesexperience

4.Possesswork experience in shell (bash/csh) onUnix platforms

5.Demonstrateexcellent design and analytical skills

6.Possessexcellent written and oral communication skills

7.Possessexcellent troubleshooting skills to very complex problems

8.Possessexcellent self-learning skills to new technology or new application

9.Possessproduct knowledge about any Oracle application (e.g Agile, EDM, P4P, EBS, etc) isa plus

10.Possessexperience to handle security issues is a plus
