Planning Analyst (Operations)

JOB PURPOSE Supports the planning, coordination and follow-up of multidisciplinary projects related to the operations, logistics or commercial initiatives to help the different areas improving performance and optimize processes and provide the management team with the proper KPI's to monitor the operation to provide a continuous improvement approach to the organization
ACCOUNTABILITIES Data analysis Gather information from the different sources and in coordination with the different areas in order to model it and extract conclusions to help the management to improve the decision-making process.
Coordination and leadership of teams Coordination and lead multidisciplinary teams aiming to improve processes or develop new ideas based on the previous data analysis and to provide follow up and KPI's to the initiatives
Business Opportunities To develop business cases and opportunities based on data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree on Economy, Engineering or Mathematics (Masters Degree is a plus) At least 3 years of experience in Leading projects; Project Management; Continuous improvement Knowledge of processes in supply chain and/or operations
