• Execute and support talent sourcing strategies• Build and maintain talent pipeline• Manage applicant processing and provide excellent candidate experience• Contribute to employer branding efforts• Utilize sourcing channels and platforms effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing and data management• Experience in rolling out programs to increase applicant pool• Knowledge of corporate recruitment and recruitment platforms• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to expand network and connect with potential talents
Key Skills Needed
• Experience using ATS (SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.)• Proficiency in recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.• Knowledge/experience in using Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
