Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficientlyCollecting and calculating payroll data like PAF, JO, PROB and REG contracts in order reflect correct payment to staff per cut offPrepare a manual balancing report for the submitted payroll adjustment file per cut offPreparing the payroll tempalte file of submitted incentive/bounty for payment, advances,eload and coop for deductionsReconcile payroll register journal prior to transmission to Accounting Officer for auditIssue CSMW staff payslip per cut offProcess manual payroll/payroll loan for any reported adjustment to staff by HR team/AM team - CSMW EntityReconcile extracted Service Fee report for MA team - CSMW EntityPreparing monthly payroll reports for the mandated Premiums and Loans deductions - CSMW EntityRecon and maintain the NS balances of payroll accounts - CSMWRespond to Uber tickets - Payroll Dispute/ Finance Askus/Payslip and 2316 ticketsResponding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.Monthly reconciling of BS accounts i.e 5058/3019/5020 - CSMW EntityProcess payment to AUFCoop and HDMF for MP2 deductions monthly - CSMW EntityRelease Last pay to staff and manual preparation of 2316Address and coordinate system issues relating to the payroll system to payroll app team - CSMW payrollClearance signing for CSMW endorsed resigned staffOther tasks assigned by Team Manager**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Payroll: 3 years (required)Shift availability:- Night Shift (required)
