The Global Services SeniorCompliance Analyst will be responsible to provide strong leadership andinfluencing skills in the overall execution of the newly established GlobalCompliance Payroll function. The Payroll delivery organization within Global Servicesprovides accounting services that span across the following key controls:Master File Maintenance, Payroll Processing, Benefits, Reconciliations, JournalEntries, Payroll Cutoff, Sales Commissions, Interfaces, and User Access/SOD. These services are provided through resources deployed inapproximately 78 countries across the globe. He/she will be focused onproviding compliance leadership to those respective countries by ensuring allCompliance Requirements are met that are owned per the compliance taxonomy.He/she will partner with the Regional Compliance Team, HR and HRIT SharedServices, Senior Leadership, Corporate Internal Audit (CIA), and ExternalAuditors.

Qualifications

1.) Execution of complianceresponsibilities between GS Compliance Payroll, Corporate Internal Audit, HR,HRIT, and Operations within the following compliance areas: (A) Training &Awareness, (B) Advisory & Consultation, (C) Audit Support, (D) SOX 404Activities, (E) Corrective Action / Design of Controls, (F) Operational Activities,and (G) User Access Management. NOTE: The role will also require pickingup compliance activities as it relates to HR.

2.) Manage payroll SOX andinternal/external audit compliance.

3.) Drive the execution of the SOXProgram (404), specific to remediation of control gaps.

6.) Support internal audits,external audits (PwC) and government audits.

7.)Partner with HR Operations andIT on policies, procedures and service delivery strategies across theorganization within developed Governance Boards.

8.) Liaison with OperatingCompanies to discuss escalated compliance payroll related issues, policies,procedures and make recommended adjustments as necessary.

9.) Role modeling our Credobehaviors and delivery on our Credo Commitments. Living and modeling WeBelong
