**Responsibilities**:- Handle multiple clients- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch- Launch Paid Digital Ad Campaigns in Facebook Business Advertising, Google Display Ads, Google Search Ads, and other paid ads platforms.- Implementing the Paid Advertising campaigns under the direction of a Digital Media Manager- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, and regular reporting of all Paid Advertising campaigns- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media, with supervision under the Digital Media Manager.- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies**Qualifications**:- At least 1-2 years of experience in paid advertising (PPC Google Ads and Facebook Ads)- Knowledgeable in Facebook Business Advertising, Google Display Ads, Google Search Ads, and other paid ads platforms.- Experience in launching multiple ad campaigns with different Target Markets- Launching Paid Media campaigns for B2C, B2B Brands, and Saas Products- Able to handle, read, understand and interpret numbers, statistics and data in order to make improvements to campaigns.- Understanding of the business, business' goals, customers, and customer intents in order to target customers with the correct ad copy, display ads, placements, and keywords- Analytical, creative, and time management skills**Work Schedule**:- Graveyard shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM)- Monday-Friday- Work-from-Home Arrangement**Perks & Benefits**:- Meal allowance- Government-mandated benefits**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Paid training- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Do you have between one and two years of paid advertising expertise, preferably with Facebook and Google PPC ads?- Are you capable of working graveyard shifts?
