Oven Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Vocational Course related to Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager
- Responsible on overseeing day-to-day operations of oven production department.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the oven line
- Examine and monitor if the proper temperature and settings of the ovens are being pleented
- Monitor the safety and performance of the equipment and machinery.
- Maintain the proper process following the company's SOPs, food safety and quality of all products.
- Observance of discipline among the performance of the production worker. Recommend improvements to maintain product quality.
