Your role contributes to the efficiency of the business by providing timely support to our Property Managers. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and motivated, have great time management skills, and be comfortable taking calls.- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell home properties- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.- Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.- Answer leasing line and mainline calls- As a Virtual Assistant, you can be assigned to a wide array of tasks.
