Organizational Development Manager

· Establishing relationships with key personnel in the organization
· Research and evaluate systems in the organization to understand dysfunctions and/or goals of the systems in the organization
· Identifying approaches or interventions to improve the effectiveness of the organization and its people
· Ensure health and well-being of organizations and employees
· Facilitate learning and development
· Strengthen system and process improvement
· Maximize the effectiveness of the training initiatives launched in the business by staying up to date with current training practices, training methods, learning tools, and learning deployment devices and technologies
· Maximize employees’ potential and help them amplify their contributions in furtherance of the organization’s success
· Align human behavior with the organization’s strategy, structures, processes, business objectives, and so on
· Help promote the organization’s values throughout the workplace
Perform other duties assigned from time to time
· Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
· With at least 7 years’ experience in Organizational Development
· Willing to be assigned at Alliance Global Tower Taguig
