Operations Supervisor

Job Descriptions
Oversee and ensure efficiency of the whole production process and operations.
Meeting with customers and suppliers to ensure contracts are being fulfilled and re-negotiated as necessary.
Managing contracts and relations with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintaining the inventory of the supplies and raw materials.
Supervise, motivate, train and coach employees to meet organizational deadlines and goals.
Provide administrative support.
Evaluate employee performance and deliver feedback.
Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including sales and marketing and customer support.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
Other related responsibilities as may be assigned and deemed necessary by the management

Job Qualifications
At least 2-4 years relevant Supervisory level experience.
Has an experience working in aGarments Manufacturing.
