Project Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Project planning and management for established initiatives- Ensure that projects and goals are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget- Establish and implement processes and strategies for all technical personnel- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively workingtoward established milestones- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation- Lead by example and support team members with deliverables as needed**Qualifications**:- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods using SDLC- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles- 5+ years of large scale project and program management experience in IT infrastructure and/or system development organization- 10+ years of experience following software development life cycle management processes- Ability to interact effectively across a broad scope of development and operation teams with different priorities- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a global team- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, MIS, Math, or any IT related course- Project and/or program management certificate- IT development and/or operation experience- Experience with confluence, Microsoft Suite, and other development and project management tools**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (required)- Software Development Life Cycle Management Processess: 10 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Shift availability:- Day Shift (required)- Night Shift (required)
