Operations Supervisor

**Overall Summary**: Responsible for the end to end management of a team of installers and drivers.**Responsibilities**:- Assess and evaluate staffing, compliance, and projected needs to maintain quality.- Establish, communicate, and evaluate progress towards field goals and benchmarks- Secure workforce will be adequate in order to support daily operations- Manage a diverse team of Field Technicians/Drivers responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining outside services for customers- Assess and evaluate team and individual performance based on set KPI standards- Ensure safety, quality issues, workforce performance, feedback and training, and disciplinary actions are met and performed- Responsible for pushing the team to find ways to improve productivity on a day-to-day basis- Strictly monitor all Teams on the ground in order to maximize their productivity- Constant and timely monitoring of the progress of each Team on the ground- Lead, motivate, develop, and coach the Field Teams- Removing barriers and solving problems to help the team be productive- Ensure to cater to all requests and queries of Field Teams within SLA- Strategize and build a systemized flow of operations- Implement and cascade strategies and solutions brought down by management in order to mitigate and achieve KPIs and SLAs- Work closely with the operations Manager, external business unit Heads other Team Leaders within the group- Attend weekly cadences as needed- Conduct Field checkpoints at least two times a week- Consolidation of daily and weekly reports required by the Operations Manager- Other responsibilities that may be provided by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time (adhoc)**Qualifications**:- Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any relevant course- At least 2 years of technical experience (related to FTTx) and at least 1 yr of experience as Team Leader- Preferably can drive (w/ valid drivers license)- well versed in online analytic tools- Strong personality**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Free parking- Health insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
