Operations Supervisor

Major FunctionThe Operations Supervisor ensures the proper implementation of all current and relevant standard routines and procedures in line with customer requirement and the company standards.They monitor and guide all warehouse personnel to comply with said standard routines and procedures as well as to the other requirements and standards as set by the company policies.They ensure the on time and accurate receipt and dispatch of stocks to meet customer orders, client requirements and Service Level Agreements through overseeing the end to end Outbound process.They ensure the complete and accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing stocks movements of operations.They plan and organize activities and interventions for the developmental needs of their direct reports in line with operations key performance indicators and deliverable and per positions' core skills and competencies.Qualifications and Competencies
Must be a graduate of a five (5) year course in Business Management or any related four (4) year course
Minimum of one (1) year job experience in Warehousing
Has an in depth knowledge of warehouse operations procedures, processes and systems
Has an in depth knowledge in Good Warehousing Practices.
Willing to assign in Rosario, La Union.
