Operations Associate (Toktok)

Assist with monitoring and analyzing sales-related data and create insights from such data to create improvements in the platform.- Daily close monitoring of all transactions.- Conducting Dashboard Training for new merchants- Back end system job such as uploading and checking inputs.- Provides basic technical support to merchants.- Provides general administrative assistance.- Daily sending of transaction data and relevant information needed for sales reporting.- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with merchants and customers.- Performs other tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time aligned with the company's goals and core values.- Triages fulfillment support issue log daily.- Gets critical Toktok system bugs addressed immediately.**Qualifications**:- With at least 1 year experience in Logistics Management/ E-Commerce- With good communication skills both written and oral.- Full-Time position(s) available.Pay: From Php17,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
