Operations Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks- Monitor and maintain inventory levels- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Provide support to the management team as needed- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any issues- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Highly motivated and adaptable individual- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
