Operations Associate

Job Description:

MadEats is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks within the company.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.- Support the Operations Manager in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.- Assist in resolving operational issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a similar operations role.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
