OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE Responsible for Client performance reporting and incident reporting in coordination with myEntrego (Retail) Team Lead, myEntrego (Retail) Operations and Last Mile team and in compliance with the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) per account assignment. The role is also responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and analysis of Service PerformanceAccurate resource planning based on volume of packages receivedEliminate losses, damages that result in Claims filingMonitor and ?Close? any open order that are beyond the agreed SLAAcceptance and Sorting of packages from Amicassa across all 3PL,Endorsement of packages to other 3PLPreparation / Waybill Generated / Letter ShoppingResolve or escalate Exemptions within 24HMonitoring of all documents endorse to Mailroom and CLOSE Incident Reports in72HSubmit Client related reports at 95%Practice strict coordination to achieve OTD SLAConsolidate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reportsReceived and Process of BillingsMonitor account performanceCollaborate with LM teamAddress and resolve issues of non complianceHealth and Safety protocols and projectsPolite, clear, concise, and updated feedback to internal and external customersAct as group Team Leader from time to timeJob Qualifications: At least college levelWith work experience in: Mailroom OperationsAccount ManagementReport analysisProficient in excelResult orientedFlexible and adaptableCan work in mínimal supervisionWith basic communication and Customer service skills
