Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may encounter- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 1 year of relevant experience- Hardworking and energetic personality- Attention to detail- Cooperation skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat platforms
