Job Description:
NextPay is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a vital role in the execution of daily operations and support the growth of our online platform.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and optimize online operations to ensure seamless customer experience.2. Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.5. Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address operational issues.7. Provide operational support for customer inquiries and issue resolution.8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 2 years of experience in online operations or a similar role.3. Proven track record of successfully managing operational tasks.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other business software.9. Experience with online payment platforms is a plus.
