Printing Machine Operator**LOCATION**:Barangay Maguyam, CAV, PH, 4118**REQ ID**:39864If you are a current employee click here to apply.Job Description- Responsible for preparing, operating and maintaining the presses at Printing section. Preparation will include: mounting and adjusting of plates, inking of presses, loading of raw materials and pressing adjustments.- Ensure input and output conforms to specifications. Product produced is of good quality printing.- Monitors production run, and makes necessary adjustments to correct uneven ink distribution, speed, temperature (heater and blower), and any other print defect that may be encountered. Regularly checks quality of printing.- Perform minor troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance of presses delimited to lubricating and cleaning of machines, minor repairs and machine parameter setting/adjustments.- Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Communicate with Section Supervisor and Operations Manager on matters affecting printing.- Accomplishes complete and accurate production reports. Communicate with operators from other shift.- Observe cleanliness and maintain 5S in work area. Ensure safety at all times.- Other duties assigned.Qualifications- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. This is normally required through a high school diploma or equivalent though, a college graduate or undergraduate is preferred.- Adept in printing processes and procedures.
