Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a dedicated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about Avion School's programs, services, and offerings- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
