Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online account support or a related field. The successful candidate will be confident and resilient, with strong soft skills in cooperation and project management.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone.2. Assist customers with any technical issues or questions related to their online accounts.3. Troubleshoot and resolve account login issues, payment problems, and other account-related issues.4. Collaborate with the technical team to address any account-related bugs or glitches.5. Manage and update customer account information as needed.6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Monitor account activity to identify and prevent potential fraud or security breaches.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. 4 years of experience in online account support or a similar role.3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
