Lease Marketing Supervisor - Bajada Branch

**JOB SUMMARY**:Responsible for presenting the lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.- Coordinate promotions to increase the number of tenants.- Thorough knowledge of department processes.- Reports to a head of a unit/department.**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:- Minimum of 2 years experience in the on-site leasing field.- 2-3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.- Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Has leadership ability.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Employee discount- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
