Details of the offer

Requirements:Filipino or foreigner who can speak Spanish/Native Spanish fluently
Open for Sr. High School graduated
Preferably optional skills, have excellent Spanish and English in terms of Speaking, Writing and Reading.
Background in Customer care is a big advantage
Willing to relocate and work in Davao City
Responsibilities:Authenticates and encodes account data of the client/customer
Handles order taking
Prepares quality reports of transaction
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.
