Multi Skilled Technician

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE**Services Covered (but not limited to):- Airconditioning Unit Maintenance: installation, cleaning, troubleshooting and repair- Plumbing and Sanitary: plumbing works and repair, grease trap cleaning- Electrical Works- Carpentry and Handyman Works- Other Repair and Maintenance Works- Receive deployment schedules from Head Office Operations Coordinator and prepare all necessary materials, tools and equipment for each service schedule accordingly.- Execute scheduled services following operational guidelines and procedures, adhering to quality and customer expectations and standards.- Submit all duly accomplished operational forms and documents related to the services rendered.- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.- Act as custodian for all tools and equipment being used for services.- Provide feedback and input on how to improve service executions based on experience.- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Operations and office admin.**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**A. Education- Education in technical studies (HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical) or equivalent qualification with previous experiences in a similar roleB. Work Experience- Minimum 2 years experience as technician/multi-skilled technicianC. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Technical skills relevant to the role- Strong attention to details; highly analytical- Trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All Employees are required to wear mask all the time.
