**Responsibilities for medical billing supervisor**:- Analyzes trends impacting charges, coding, collection, and accounts receivable and take appropriate action to realign staff and revise policies and procedures- Conducts billing audits to achieve targeted collection rates- Monitors chart reconciliations to capture all of the medical charts that the medical practice has generated.- Communicates with clients- Identifies, objectively assesses, and mitigates and resolves employee performance and behavioral issues promptly- Trains and orients new staff members within the RCM Department- Develops effective production plans that maximize team performance- Manages the performance (attendance, reviews,) and mentors (leads by example,) all team members to facilitate a positive and engaging work environment- Develops and/ or contributes to the development of production standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned process responsibilities as needed- Prepare and analyze reporting data, identifies gaps and areas for improvement; makes appropriate changes to process and policies to address those areas- Resolve payment and billing issues timely to ensure best practices in following up and cash flow- Trouble shoots and researches process/ payer issues for leadership as needed- Maintains timely updates for inventory logs and ensures turnaround times established for the department are met- Gathers, prepares, and inputs data for financial/ departmental reports- Assesses employee performance via data analysis and direct engagement and promptly determines and implements next actions to achieve optimal performance**Qualifications for medical billing supervisor**:- Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Policies- Minimum of 3 year of medical billing or collections- Minimum 3 years of supervision experience- Ability to excel with change- Ability to motivate others in a positive manner- Exceptional human relations skills, effective oral, listening, and written communication skillsRespond in a timely manner to concerns and requests from othersPay: Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid training- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
