**Job description**Our Company, one of the leading Real Estate Developers in the Philippines today is in need of a female Private Duty Nurse to assist one of the top executives in his day-to-day routines.**Private Duty Nurse Job Summary**We have an available position for a full-time private nurse as there is currently a high demand for these services in the community. We may ask you to provide various types of medical assistance, including palliative care or rehabilitation.Daily tasks include administering medications, helping with feeding or hygiene tasks, monitoring patient vitals, and other medical tasks.You will also assess the physical and emotional needs of the patient, documenting significant medical changes and communicating with other health care providers as needed.Applicants must have their **RN license**. While we do accept recent graduates, we prefer LVN/LPN applicants to have some prior experience providing patient care.**Private Duty Nurse Duties and Responsibilities**- Provide medical assistance to the patient- Assess the physical and emotional needs of the patient- Administer medications- Regulate diet and maintain a schedule of meals- Monitor patient vitals and take blood pressure readings- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the patient- Complete patient care documentation and other paperwork- Make independent clinical decisions when necessary**Private Duty Nurse Requirements and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in nursing from a reputable school- RN license- Female- Willing to stay in with the patient's residence and with scheduled time-offs- Interpersonal and critical thinking skills- Possess pleasing personality and demeanorPay: From Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raiseSchedule:- 12 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- Bonus pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Nursing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- Nursing License (preferred)
