Marketing Representative

Qualifications:· College level/Vocational graduate· With minimum of 6months' experience in Account Acquisition in Sales and Marketing· Preferably with background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage.· Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.· Familiar with the different Loan and financial Processes is not required but an advantage.· Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.Duties· Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing (offices of national gov't agencies)· Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower including all accomplished documents and requirements· Provide flexible loan options to existing borrowers and new prospects· Coordinate with various departments regarding computation, verification and documentation approval· Request approval for any deviation and/or documentation deficiency requirements from management prior to loan processing and/or releasing of loan proceeds· Release loan proceeds of approved loan to borrowers through company's check, remittance centers, etc.
