**Search Engine Optimization Specialist**The SEO Specialist is the key person responsible for page optimization for search engine marketing. He/she will be tasked to continuously improve all the websites the company manages, so they stay optimized and ranks higher on search engines. He/she will ensure healthy brand awareness, traffic volume, and lead volume based on the company's brands and clients' target audience.**Responsibilities**- Build and implement a strategic link-building plan for each website assigned.- Create SEO optimization strategies that will increase the company's and its clients' search ranking to aid in achieving long-term goals.- Collect, analyze data, interpret results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI regularly.- Closely collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed.- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.- Set SMART goals that will easily demonstrate possible improvements in search engine marketing efforts.- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO and webmaster tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Trends, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant SEO tools to understand and improve SEO strategy performance.- Work closely with the content team to write SEO-driven content, such as blog posts and descriptions.- Use his/her understanding of search engine algorithms to suggest improvements to further boost page experience, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability of websites.**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Staff meals provided- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
