This role manages and coordinates partnerships and multi-functional projects driven by TaskUs Marketing team.
Org Structure
This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Events & Partnerships Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing events and partnerships Assist with developing and managing public relations efforts in coordination with the Communications Team. Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and producing marketing collateral Work closely with the Strategy & Insights team to evaluate and monitor partnerships campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness Work with Strategy & Insights team to conduct market research and identify trends
Strategic Development
Alignment with Demand Gen and Strategy & Insights partners Support demand generation activities in the form of external partnerships and similar marketing campaigns Support sales enablement strategy Support Thought leadership content production Integrate marketing campaigns internally and externally
ABM Deep connection with sales to drive engagement on top accounts Develop creative multi-touch programs to drive prospects through a unique buyers journey
Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and events marketing Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritizetasks, and meet deadlines Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports Must have a high level of creativity Occasional travel may be required Based in the Philippines About Us
