This is a Work From Home position for 6 months but can be extended depending on your performance. You will directly support a U.S Real Estate Firm.
Job Summary
The successful candidate is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities
· - Write proposals and develop pitch decks
· - Develop and manage the implementation of a marketing plan.
· - Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
· - Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
· - Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
· - Building brand awareness and positioning.
· - Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
· - Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
· - Communicating the marketing plan.
· - Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
· - Researching the demand for the organization's products and services.
· - Evaluating competitors.
· - Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
· - Aligning your creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.
· - Working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and they are often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services
Qualifications
• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• - At least 7 years of experience in Marketing field
• - Extensive experience in content writing
• - Experience in creating a Marketing road map
• - This is for 6months project with possible extension/absorption based on performance
