We are searching for a highly- creative Marketing Manager that can manage the Marketing team to set and hit their targets. The Marketing Manager shall be able but not limited to perform the following tasks in relation with Management’s directions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing position with demonstrated leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Solid background in retail industry
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage well at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in online selling is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for all aspects of our Marketing operations
• To grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns across all marketing networks
• Design and oversee all aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Plan and manage our social media platforms
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contest, giveaways and other projects.
• Day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with third party orgs
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
