Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

? Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans in line with company objectives across different channels and segments.
? Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
? Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
? Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
? Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:

? Bachelor?s or master?s degree in marketing or a related field
? Atleast 3++ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
? Knowledgeable in different sales channels
? Strong experience in both Digital and Ground Marketing.
? Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
? Business related computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
? Has the ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
? Must have Creative and innovative ideas.
Good to have:
? Working experience in IT industry.
? Technical design skills and familiarity with design platforms (AI, Photoshop)
