Marketing Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.- At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate(Condominiums)- With strong communication skills.- Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.- Willing to start immediately.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.- Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events,email campaigns and promotional material).- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of thecompetitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.- Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of thepromotional materials.
