TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR Job Summary: Upon the directive and instruction of the TMG Head, organizes all local/ regional trade-related merchandising support to sales in view of increasing product/ brand awareness.Coordinates with operating departments to facilitate and expedite the availability of all required promotional materials as merchandising and point of purchase materials to each and all trade programmed projects, ensuring its timely provision for such implementation and providing timely feedback to concerned field sales personnel (DAS/KAS/KAM/RSM) on the progress and result of such activity.Responsibilities in facilitating and ensuring the success of all trade marketing activities conducted in each of the accounts in a cost-effective and timely manner.Monitors the wise and cost-efficient implementation of wet and dry sampling materials and liquidates the same after each program project/s.Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Provides expedient local/regional support to the Sales Department on field requirements in particular to sampling activities (wet and dry), and ensures complete availability of all merchandising materials for various marketing/ promotional activities.Implements all the management-approved trade support and below the line activities and programs, submits ?Post-Activity Report? (PAR) to the RSM, TMG Head and to the sales director on development and outcome of each project.Coordinates and assists the territory sales personnel in the ?ingress and egress? of each promotional activity per area programmed.Coordinates and provides assistance and reports to sales and management with regards to the scheduling and ship out of promo pack, bundled packs, packs on premium, lotte packs, etc., intended for a particular regional trade activity and submits developmental and progress report of theproject to the TMG Head.Responsible for the local sourcing of promo girls, push girls, samplers and other personnel from the local accredited agency with the approval and consent of the TMG Head and the top management to support the personnel requirements of a specific regional trade project.Evaluates the efficiency of all sourced out agency personnel with regards to efficiency and productivity and submit a report to the TMG Head to the top management.Submits trade/account?s weekly ?off-take report? including ?inventory movement? to the respective regional sales managers and to the TMG Head.Spearheads and prepares all sampling materials and merchandising materials including point of purchase (POP) materials essential or needed to program activity and ensures timely preparedness without delay to the scheduled implementation.Responsible for the ingress, egress, and successful implementation of company participation in local/regional trade exhibits.Prepares monthly/ periodic reports on accomplishments to the TMG Head and to the Sales Director.Follow up and compiles merchandising and promo-related reports of the agency personnel involved in a particular trade sampling/ promo activity to the TMG Head/ RSM.Recommends improvement action plan on trade-related below-the-line support/programs to the TMG Head, RSMs, and to the Sales Director that creates an impact on the product/brand.Personal Profile:  Work ExperienceAt least 1-year experience as Sales and Marketing Coordinator/ Trade CoordinatorEducationCollege LevelPersonalityMust be organized and goal orientedWith excellent inter and intra-personal relationship skills.Other Knowledge and Skills RequirementsMust be computer literate
