Marketing Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Asset Management: E commerce website management including copywriting, general updates and redesign development
Creating content and copies for daily social media update (wine/product related articles, on-going promotions, past & upcoming events, etc.)
Managing and responding to online inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and email.
Overseeing performance of paid ads.
Preparing end of period reports on social media statistics and promotion performance.
Marketing Asset Creation:
Planning and production of all print and digital marketing assets to support the sales team;
Designing digital materials for social media posts, online promotions and events
Creating weekly-released electronic direct mail (EDM) with wine recommendations & facts, promotions and events
Updating current marketing assets (Ex: product catalogue)
Design corporate presentations
Events:
Management of all events, including trade show and Brand Ambassador?s visits; (Coordinating, Planning & Attending)
Delivery of internal communication initiatives;
Sales Component:
Update these clients through email with the promotions and news;
Update and Manage Client Database (Details, address, contact numbers, email addresses and SKU?s purchased);
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Photoshop and / or Illustrator.
At least 2 years Experience in E-commerce;
Prior knowledge to wine is NOT required.
