The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the region with efforts of continued and successful attraction (marketing) of Top Talent from across EMEA for Shell.
* Supporting the strategic recruitment marketing direction across EMEA via effective and efficient implementation of relevant and suitable products, communication programs, management of the Shell employer brand and selective use of channels.
* Managing activation of campaigns and events for graduates, interns and external hires in EMEA.
* Coordinating all Campus, Conferences and event planned in EMEA supporting Graduates, Experienced Professionals and Operation and Crafts activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a marketing or communications discipline (Advertising, Public Relations, etc.)
* 5-8 years of marketing and/or communications experience
* Knowledgeable in content creation, digital and social platforms and website design/management
* Strong hands-on project/planning experience in the marketing/advertising field (project media plans, creative briefs, research, project management, and in managing of vendors/suppliers and external agencies
* Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against tight timelines
* Demonstrates a commercial mindset with a customer focused approach
* Comfortable participating/contributing to a global team environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills
