Marketing Associate

Assists the regional marketing manager in executing hyper localized campaigns and communications strategy for the regional market Assists in end-to-end execution for on ground activations in CEB, coordinating with necessary agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact Handles day-to-day communications with external partners for events, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and creative agencies Coordinates and guides the creatives team on the development of specific creative materials for all CEB-related requirements Handles administrative tasks for CEB including coordinating with cross-functional teams for payment requests, purchase requests, logistics requests (for events) Tracks expenses for marketing campaigns executed for the year Assists in executing localized FGDs to gather user feedback in order to improve conversion and engagement Coordinates with the performance marketing team for guidance on localizing the digital marketing strategy in CEB Requirements At least 1 year working experience as a marketing associate/sales and marketing role At least College Level (Marketing/Business Administration) Project Management, Events Management, Data Analytics (Pivot Table), strong communication skills Able to converse in Bisaya (CEB local dialect) Benefits Freedom of work Work life balance Free meal and use of gym Opportunities for promotion Competitive salary Pay raise Start-up environment Multi-cultural and Agile work environment Diversified use of technology
