Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree on Any Business Management or related courses
-Open to Fresh Graduates
-Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Role Purpose:
-Assist the Senior Brand Manager in carrying out various strategies and tasks by providing execution and administrative support to the marketing day-to-day activities and projects
Job Responsibilities:
-Work under the direction of a Senior Brand Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
-Help in the execution of the brand plans
-Support the implementation of promotional and activation events hosted by the company’s partner agency
-Analyses surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends
- Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of packaging artwork, point-of-sale (POS) materials, digital advertisements, and other
promotional materials
- Organises and coordinates the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with cross functional teams and suppliers.
- Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for marketing managers and directors
- Delivers reports on research findings and promotional and activation events through written documents and verbal presentations regularly (weekly and monthly)
- Monitoring, tracking, and reconciliation of advertising and promotional spends
