Mandarin Marketing Executive (Dayshift, Weekends Off)

• Campaign Management: Execute campaigns and events, collect preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintain market share and assist in campaign effectiveness analysis.
• Loyalty Management: Assist in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Customer Lifetime Measurement: Collect and summarize customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation analysis.
• Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning: Translate and execute customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers.
• General Marketing Operations: Gather, manage and organize data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (Speak,read and write)
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Understanding of Marketing and Advertising code of conduct.
• Basic knowledge of China market is a MUST
• Basic knowledge of marketing via Social Media is an advantage.
