Logistics Manager / Calamba Laguna / Php40-50K / Mon To Sat

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Course or related discipline;- Willing to be relocated to Calamba, Laguna.- At least 5 years experience in Trucking, Hauling, Logistics or Freight forwarding.- Good management skills in handling drivers.KEY ROLES: - Oversee the whole Operations of the entire Logistics Department.- Knowledge of Terminal Appointment and Booking Systems (TABS) in Pier.- Will monitor the hourly activities of the drivers and the truck/equipment locations.- He will oversee shipment coordination and routing;- He will oversee the transfer or movement of equipment.- Ensuring proper loading and unloading of cargoes and seeing to it that they are delivered on time.- Monitor the liquidations of budgets given to the drivers (Liquidation of within 24 hours policy for liquidations.- Good people management skills especially in handling the attitudes of the drivers.- Prepare and update the weekly Logistics Management Report including the diesel consumption monitoring reports,- Other administrative tasks that will be assigned from time to time.SALARY: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000 (for discussion)LOCATION: Calamba LagunaSCHEDULE: Mondays to Saturday NOTE: This is DIRECT hiring / not under agency
